Welcome to The Glucose Club!

The Glucose Club is dedicated to helping people create a lifestyle that will improve their health and enhance their physical and mental wellbeing.

At the heart of many health issues is the interaction between glucose and insulin. When insulin and glucose do not work correctly in the body we are more likely to:

•    Develop metabolic diseases (heart disease, diabetes, obesity, high cholesterol, high blood pressure)
•    Put on excessive body fat and have difficulty losing body fat
•    Have low energy levels
•    Crave the wrong foods

At The Glucose Club, we believe that any day that a family is without one of its members because of preventable health problems is one day too many. Therefore, we focus on helping people change their lifestyle to optimize the way insulin and glucose work in their body, so they can maintain a healthy body weight, prevent metabolic disease’s and improve their energy levels.

Our Philosophy

Many people know what they are supposed to do to improve their health; the difficulty for most is knowing where to start and how to maintain momentum. We at The Glucose Club know that successful, sustainable change in lifestyle depends on the experience people have when they go through the change process.

There are 3 key steps to making a lifestyle change:

1.    Take Action – What do I need to do?

2.    Create a Plan  - What are the steps forward that will fit in with my lifestyle?

3.    Stick to it – How do I stick to a consistent lifestyle change?

We at The Glucose Club make lifestyle change easy!
